Your responsabilities
In this role, your main responsibilities are:
- Measure site usability and effectiveness and provide actionable insights and recommendations
- Explain changes in traffic figures, spot & investigate traffic sources tracking bugs
- Data analysis to A/B and multivariate testing results, and ad hoc requests
- Leverage data to gain insight in terms of trends, user experience and behavior in order to adapt our marketing strategies
- Partner with stakeholders to implement analytics requirements
- Lead Adobe Analytics trainings internally
- Advises for new & existing trackings to improve the quality of reporting
- Review new tracking requests & approve/disapprove them
- Cooperate with developers to implement new metrics & fix tracking issues
Our requirements
- Academic background ideally with a focus on analytics
- Data-driven individual
- Detail-oriented and organized (multi-task adapt to priorities)
- Good communication & presentation skills
- Minimum 1 year experience in web analytics preferable in an international environment
- Strong knowledge of web tracking tools especially Adobe Analytics (Omniture SiteCatalyst) and/or Google Analytics
- Perfect skills for MS Excel, MS PowerPoint are a must. Experience with SAP Business Object is a plus
- Experienced in the realization of projects in the area of web analytics, tag management and BI tools
- Strong team player with excellent relationship skills
- Fluent in English; any other European language is a plus
