Opisense platform for data science industrialisation: Use case with smart meters in the energy sector
by Loïc Bar (CEO – Opinum)

An introduction to the STRANGER package by Eric Lecoutre (Data Science Advisor – WeLoveDataScience!)

We introduce you the STRANGER package, for: Simple Toolkit in R for Anomaly Get Explain and Report. Stranger is to anomaly detection what ‘caret’ is for supervised modeling: a wrapper package providing a common way to use a set of methods (from other packages) and extending usage with some utilities such as stacking and visualizations methods. This talk won’t present the various anomaly detection methods (a workshop is in preparation) but will illustrate the typical analysis workflow with stranger on a concrete case.
