	The venue: Adress: Boulevard du Souverain, 25. 1170 Bruxelles. Téléphone : +32 2 678 6111. Public transport:10 minutes walk from Metro Hermann Debroux route Parking space has been reserved on the Tenreukenlaan, the AXA parking will not be available for the participants to this event.
	Main Aula holds max 300 seats : first in first served ! Make sure you arrive on time because the main presentation aula can only hold 300 people. For fire safety reasons security will not allow more than 300 people in this room. We have added screens outside for those who will be arriving later. All presentations will be recorded.
	Speakers & Demo Corner: Outside the aula we have reserved an area for open and free presentations. This area will also be used to product presentations of max 5 minutes.
	Hall for exhibitors: You will have the pleasure to meet many specialised companies and experts in the exhibition room.
	The Press Room: Members of the press will have their own press room to conduct interviews and to gather information about the speakers and exhibitors.
