This newly created position is a support role within Market Development & Healthcare Solutions, specifically within Market Access & Health Economics for all EMEA area.
- Improve AV products value propositions by developing healthcare models in the fields of health economics, risk analysis and business development
- Develop customized analyzes and evaluations in various areas such as:
- Preparation of technical risk analyzes
- Work on issues in the context of reliability and aging models
- Development and implementation of lifetime predictions on the basis of field and test data
- Where possible, standardization of risk analysis approaches and tools should be explored.
- Monitor HealthCare environment using existing tools and database to increase internal knowledge and support decision-making
- Develop communication tools based on analyses and educate relevant internal and/or external stakeholders to ease/increase use of tools/analyses
Qualifications
- University degree (Master) in mathematics, physics, electrical engineering, information technology or computer science technical
- MBA preferred
- Knowledge of SAS, SPSS or Minitab
- Minimum 8 years work experience with 3/5 years’ experience as a business analyst & modelling in the private health insurance industry (BtoC) or healthcare consultancy
- First people management experience is preferred
- Ideally finance or program development experience prior to health Insurance
- Solid understanding of statistics (descriptive, exploratory)
- Experience with databases and analysis tools
- Know-how in online / internet business and in the associated processes would be a plus
- High analytical skills, creative solution finding, flexibility and teamwork
- Strong knowledge in MS-Office
- High level of initiative, quick learner, flexibility, resilience and teamwork
- Willingness to travel (should not be more than 20%)
- Fluent English (spoken and written). Preferred profile: 2 languages minimum: native language and English
